Character designs for little girl

Abother main part of this short will be the little girl that makes several appearneces throughout.

Above is again my orginal drawing for what i imagined this little girl to look like.

This girl represents childhood, growing, memories, past and present (poss future), the dream world breaking collapsing. 

i then did some more drawings on the tablet to see what else i could do with this image.

These imahes above are the first drawings i did, trying to create some kind of silhouette with the colour of the coat standing out. the eyes could stand out by simply putting small white dots in for them. (simular to the Red Riding Hood short) it then got my thinking on whether or not the face should be shown at all.

should the face been seen or not? this may add tension to the short, and mystery to the child, who is it? myself my nan? some random child? should this be revealed at a later point in the film?

The final 3 drawimngs i did excited me the most, i feel these are a good start to revealing the face (if i decided to reveal the face) in the end. this shows it is a child, but youre not sure who or where this child is from? past present or future?
